FITNESS FOR YOU

At GYM MOSTYN we help you to get fit, then stay fit.

We also challenge those who already exercise regularly.

The core areas we look at are:

ROWING - CORE STABILITY - CIRCUIT TRAINING



The site will provide you with weekly exercises for each of the core aspects. We will also provide you with examples of music for you to download at different Strokes per minute, which have been carefully put together during  hours of preparation for sessions we have held since the classes began.

 

We would like to produce a 'team-like' feel within the website, as we have in our classes. The forum will allow you to meet people in similar situations and provide you with useful information to help you with whatever aspect of fitness you may be interested in improving.
